博客來網路書店澳公司遭諭令停止與一馬交易

（中央社記者郭朝河吉隆坡16日專電）一個馬來西亞發展公司（1MDB）再度爆出新醜聞，澳洲聯邦法院下令已遭清算的澳洲Avestra資產管理公司，必須立即停止5項與一馬公司資金相關的投資計劃。

澳洲媒體「澳洲人」（The Australian）表示，澳洲聯邦法院審核清算調查報告後，發現Avestra資產管理公司的13項交易紀錄，可能違反當地的企業法律，包括它從未對外公開的秘密交易，違反澳洲公司法令及沒有遵照基金的個人授權投資，因而做出上述裁決。

同時，清盤報告提及Avestra信貸基金，指這個基金不僅沒有交代為何支持收購大馬公司Harvest Court工業，其擁有者甚至被指使用22億美元來掩蓋一馬公司和沙烏地石油國際（PetroSaudi）公司合資企業的22億美元債務。

上個月，根據澳洲証券及投資事務監察委員會的書面說明副本，目前正在清算澳洲Avestra資產管理公司，主要是後者將客戶資金轉入可疑且風險高的資產。

其中，副本顯示Avestra除了為馬來西亞許多低價股票和不知名的併購計劃融資外，還發現它負責管理一馬發展公司一筆高達23億2000萬美元資金。

據悉，這筆資金是一馬發展公司成立後的首筆大額投資，這筆錢流入一馬發展公司與一家沙烏地阿拉伯石油公司在2009年合組的聯營公司，當時核心業務為勘探石油，惟最終未找到石油，並在很短時間內就結束營運。

當時一馬發展公司曾聲稱，這筆資金重新投資於開曼群島的一個基金。1041104
